Returns Policy

Softly Smitten hope that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not happy… we will take the item/s back from you and offer a full refund or replacement. Due to the nature of these garments we do expect them to be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and all tags still attached.

Due to the intimate nature of how lingerie is worn we cannot take back items that have been worn, soiled or damaged. Warranties are no longer valid once tags have been removed.

Softly Smitten understands that you may have received one of our products as a gift. Thus we operate a 3 month policy for all returns. We will gladly exchange or refund (to the purchaser) as long as goods are returned meeting the above conditions.

To return a product please use the contact us page to inform us of the problem, leave a contact number or email, state the ‘Reciept Number’ of your purchase and we will get back in touch with you within 24 hours to facilitate the return. Please also leave a brief idea of why you wish to return the purchase.
